Wait a little while

Wait a little while
Now that the day is ending,
We don’t have much time
In the continuum of time
Before distance between us
Grows, and we recede again
Into the masks of strangers, hoping
To meet later, perhaps, on a street
Corner somewhere in paradise
Or in purgatory on our way down.
Wait a little while
As the shadows of our veins
Embroider the sky with a story.
Your story. My story.
Now that the day is ending,
We don’t have much time
In the continuum of time
Before distance between us
Grows, and we recede again
Into the masks of strangers, hoping
To meet later, perhaps, on a street
Corner somewhere in paradise
Or in purgatory on our way down.
Wait a little while
As the shadows of our veins
Embroider the sky with a story.
Your story. My story.

2 Pictures Above: View of trees at an army base camp in Kluang Johor. Taken while walking along the railway track. First picture taken at 7:28 PM on the 13th of July 2007. Wait a little while, and you will see the colours of sky change into another beautiful moment.

2kms from the railway station. Have 2 walk along the railway track to kampung melayu. Opposite the kampung is the army based camp built by the british soldiers when they were here 50 years ago.
